MCC & JOC
The Enhanced-MCC (E-MCC) training is an advanced variant of MCC (Multi-Crew Cooperation) training.
The purpose of MCC training is to train cooperation in a multi-person crew, to define the tasks and responsibilities in the cabin for the pilot flying the PF and the pilot monitoring the PM. Special attention should be paid to the ability to make appropriate decisions, especially in emergency situations. Effective cooperation in a multi-pilot crew must have a synergistic effect, where the PM and PF support each other in every phase of the flight.
A candidate for MCC multi-crew cooperation training must have:
– a valid CPL(A) Commercial Aircraft Pilot License;
– A valid Class 1 Air Medical Certificate;
– completed simulator training for an IR rating;
– English at ICAO Level 4 or above, as evidenced by an entry in the license;
MCC Training:
- Theoretical training of 25 hours
- Practical training of at least 20 hours of training on a certified training device
JOC training:
- Theoretical training of 5 hours
- Practical training on a simulator 6 hours
